After having been mandated to have our office closed for nearly three months, we are happy to say that we are finally beginning to phase back into routine patient care. However, in an effort to comply with the CDC protocol to reduce the number of people in the office at any one time, we are faced with having to reduce the number of hygienists working at the same time and having to stagger the hours when they do work. This is a daunting and ever-evolving set of circumstances forcing us to recreate our schedule. If you haven’t already, you will be receiving Emails and texts regarding new office policies and protocols put in place for the wellbeing of all. Your patience and understanding, as we navigate the necessary safety measures and re-scheduling, is greatly appreciated.
If you had an appointment that was canceled during the March-June office closure, and have not been contacted by us yet:

If you have a previously scheduled upcoming July-September appointment: Some of you may have received, or are about to receive, a cancellation notice. The date and time on that notification will not coincide with your original pre-scheduled date. Please note, “The appointment is still canceled”. ONLY THOSE OF YOU RECEIVING THE CANCELLATION NOTICE will need to reach out via the contact tab above or call to discuss scheduling options.
**If you have received or do receive an appointment reminder -be sure to verify the date and time as it may vary from your originally booked appointment. Please respond to those reminders to confirm or contact us if you need to make changes.
